About Me

I passed both my Salesperson and
Brokers Exams on the first try. Most Agents
take at least a couple attempts to pass these exams in order to receive their
licenses.
I have been a Licensed Realtor since 2005, and received my Brokers License
in July 2006. I
have had considerable related experience before obtaining my Licenses.
I have both my Bachelors
and Masters degree
in Industrial Technology from Fresno State. Industrial
Technology is a combination of Business and Engineering.
Before obtaining
my Real Estate License I worked in Civil, Mechanical, and Industrial Engineering.
I have the
Real
Estate Cyber Specialist designation & also teach Computer Concepts part time at
Fresno
City College. I use my technology background to assist and enhance the
process of buying and selling homes.
As a member of the National Council of
Exchangers I earned my
Equity Marketing Specialist designation. The EMS designation means that I
put your needs first and focus on you not the property. Rarely do people sell
property because they need the money, but because of what the money can do. As
an EMS I work with you to find your goals and ways to accomplish them, even if
it means not selling your property.
My focus in Real Estate is working with clients who are looking at real
estate as a means of investment. I am knowledgeable about 1031 Exchanges, and am actively
involved in the Fresno Exchange & Investment Group.
I am happy to meet with anyone who is involved
in any stage of Real Estate, and if I feel that I will not be the best person to
serve you I will refer you to another trusted Realtor.
My Future plans for professional development include the
Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
courses and designation, and I have already applied to start my
MBA with a
focus in Finance
at Fresno State.
