How do I do this?
I start from square one with each client, I sit down with them and find
out what their goals and motivations are, as well as their entire portfolio,
not just the one property they come to me about. This lets me work with them
and their CPA to work out a plan that best benefits them. I want to forge a
long term relationship that works for everybody, not just selling someone a
piece of property.
