My Pledge to You
I Pledge to provide you with the best service that I possibly can.

If I am unable to give you the service you deserve, I will refer you to
another trusted Realtor who will take care of you.
I Pledge to handle your transaction personally at all times.

I will not have an Assistant or Escrow Coordinator take over one
escrow begins.

I will know the up to date status and be able to let you know how
things are going if you call.
I Pledge to get you the best price in the transaction.

If you are a Seller I will work to get the highest price for your property

If you are a Buyer I will help you to get the lowest price.
I Pledge to only represent one side in a transaction,

There are many Agents out
there who do every thing they can to “Double-end” a transaction so that they
will get the full commission.

I will not do this because there is a conflict of
interest between getting the highest and lowest price for the property, and I
don’t believe anybody can do both at the same time.
